Honest capability status — this build has a real backend: real accounts, real database, real server-enforced permissions, a real tamper-evident audit log, real OCR, and a real offline app shell. It does not include real telephony/SIP integration, a live DHIS2 connection, a genuine MDM/UEM product, or hardware-backed key storage — those require external contracts/infrastructure. Modules that are still front-end concept screens only are labeled Concept only throughout the app.
